The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) overhauled their website and moved into a new headquarters building in New York. As their partner, we extended the web design into a brand language and applied it to dynamic signage in their new building.
We produced 26 chapters of content. The challenge was to break the content across ten screens while maintaining linear narrative and to be able to reconfigure that content to fit singular secondary screens throughout the building.

Each storyboard references different aspects of the gemstone experience: refraction, shimmering, magnification, coming to focus. The motion design developed infers from this.
