Jessica & Yiming
Jessica and Yiming wanted their wedding to reflect their common passion for travel. As a couple, they have traveled to countless destinations around the world. Both the bride and groom are Chinese-American. Therefore, having their Chinese heritage reflected was also important to them. Our pieces embody the feeling they wanted to express.

Through the union of their families, there was joy in marking the beginning of their marriage. We created this through metaphor, by having the plum flower tied together (李) by 吉 (well-wishing, joy).

Tied to each invitation was the tag marking 鳳龍(phoenix and dragon), traditionally alluding to yin and yang, male and female, and the unity of marriage.
